Authorization required
Customers may only scan repositories they own or are explicitly authorized to test. CapitalGuard is a defensive security service.
License access
Starter, Pro, and Agency licenses provide fixed scan allowances and one year of updates. License keys may not be resold without written approval.
No guarantee
CapitalGuard reports AI-agent exposure risks based on available scan scope. It does not promise complete protection, compliance certification, or discovery of every possible issue.
Affiliate commissions
CapitalGuard may assign an approved account rate up to 40%. Commission is calculated on tax-exclusive qualified sales from new customers and is unavailable on refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, existing customers, or purchases outside approved attribution rules. Commission clears after the 30-day hold and enters the monthly payout cycle only after the account threshold and required payout or tax checks are satisfied. If a qualified payment is refunded or disputed after payout, the related commission is deducted once from future cleared earnings.View complete partner rules
Refunds
The customer requests immediate digital delivery and accepts the current terms at Stripe Checkout. Once delivery begins, CapitalGuard offers no discretionary refunds and any applicable withdrawal right for immediate digital content is treated as ended to the extent permitted by law. Duplicate charges, billing errors, verified non-delivery, and rights that cannot legally be waived remain reviewable. An unauthorized repository, change of mind, unused allowance, or decision not to follow the guidance is not refundable.View license and refund policy
