Duplicate charge or billing error
An unintended duplicate charge or documented billing error can be reviewed for correction.
License and refund policy
CapitalGuard sells digital defensive security licenses with immediate delivery. This policy explains the no-voluntary-refund rule, narrow legal exceptions, authorization, support boundaries, and upgrades.
Delivery starts after payment
The customer gets immediate access to the delivery path after payment verification, but security work still follows authorization-first rules.
Digital license status
Refund review
An unintended duplicate charge or documented billing error can be reviewed for correction.
If CapitalGuard cannot provide the purchased digital license or restore its delivery path, the customer can request the remedy required by applicable law.
A remedy remains available where applicable law does not permit the relevant right to be excluded or waived.
Change-of-mind requests, unauthorized scope, self-referral abuse, hostile testing, and attempts to misuse the service are not eligible for voluntary refunds.
Support and upgrade boundaries
CapitalGuard keeps the first purchase simple, then handles support and monitoring through clearly scoped follow-on paths.
