License and refund policy

Clear delivery rules before a customer pays.

CapitalGuard sells digital defensive security licenses with immediate delivery. This policy explains the no-voluntary-refund rule, narrow legal exceptions, authorization, support boundaries, and upgrades.

Delivery starts after payment

The license is digital and fulfillment is controlled.

The customer gets immediate access to the delivery path after payment verification, but security work still follows authorization-first rules.

Stripe payment creates the purchase record and receipt.
CapitalGuard verifies payment before issuing private license delivery.
The customer receives the delivery vault, license activation path, scan intake, customer kit, and policy assets.
No repository scan starts until ownership or written authorization is confirmed.

Digital license status

No voluntary refunds after delivery begins.

Starter, Pro, and Agency are digital security licenses with immediate delivery access after payment verification.
At checkout, the customer requests immediate digital delivery and acknowledges that any applicable withdrawal right for immediate digital content ends when delivery begins.
CapitalGuard offers no discretionary refunds after license delivery, customer-kit access, activation, report access, or scan intake has started.
A change of mind, an unused scan allowance, an unauthorized repository, or a decision not to implement the guidance does not create refund eligibility.
Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by law remain unaffected.

Refund review

Exceptions are narrow and evidence-based.

Duplicate charge or billing error

An unintended duplicate charge or documented billing error can be reviewed for correction.

Verified non-delivery

If CapitalGuard cannot provide the purchased digital license or restore its delivery path, the customer can request the remedy required by applicable law.

Mandatory legal rights

A remedy remains available where applicable law does not permit the relevant right to be excluded or waived.

No goodwill refunds

Change-of-mind requests, unauthorized scope, self-referral abuse, hostile testing, and attempts to misuse the service are not eligible for voluntary refunds.

Support and upgrade boundaries

Customers can upgrade, recover access, and request reviewed scope.

CapitalGuard keeps the first purchase simple, then handles support and monitoring through clearly scoped follow-on paths.

Lifetime delivery support covers access recovery, activation questions, vault handoff, and first policy-installation guidance.
Support does not include remediation engineering, incident response, unlimited consulting, or managed monitoring.
Monitoring is quoted separately after a completed fixed-license baseline and scope review.
Upgrade requests preserve verified purchase credit when moving from Starter to Pro, Pro to Agency, or a verified baseline into monitoring.

Claim boundaries

The license detects and guides precautions.

CapitalGuard does not promise complete protection, breach prevention, or compliance certification.
Reports are based on the authorized scope and evidence available at scan time.
Repository access, secrets, and sensitive values are handled under redaction and authorization rules.
Questions about a purchase can be sent to support@capitalguard.io with the Stripe receipt reference and purchase email.
